PMR updates and prepares forecasts for all stocked items, show promotions and advertised items. We work closely with inventory teams at each major account as well as the manufacturers’ supply chain teams to create strategies and to keep all informed. We provide account report cards, service level metrics and other analytics that ensure goals and standards are met.

How does PMR help accounts prepare for their trade shows? We prepare
order forms, order samples, confirm shipments, order furniture and
supplies. We also print show forms and have copies ready for order
writing at the show. We supply check books and manage spiffs and check
rebate programs. We confirm show orders, obtain credit approvals, set up
and tear down show booths, and staff every booth with qualified PMR
sales associates.
PMR maintains all product information including model numbers, UPC, case packs, dimensions and more to ensure accurate product information. This info is kept up-to-date on each account’s website as well as on the product information sheets. The management of this information makes for an efficient operation and ensures penalties and fines are avoided.
In addition to show booth design that generates maximum possible exposure, PMR designs incentive programs that drive additional incremental business. We also go beyond the show, advertising in key pre-show publications such as True Value’s Cutting Edge Products and Ace Insight to spread the word to all dealers.
